Review: Partners in Renovation remodeled our kitchen and we couldn't be happier. They were efficient, clean, and easy to work with. Jim helped in finding all the right materials, Chris and Ivan were excellent in managing the project from start to finish. The work was completed in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone interested in remodeling any part of their home.

Review: Jim Dahm, Chris & The partners team were great to work with. We did a full Master Bath project with them and liked the experience and had them do the remainder of the downstairs.Every morning prior to the arrival of the team and subs, Chris or Ivan came in and covered floors with drop cloths and picked them up every evening after the work was complete. I have high regard for the specialist subs and the vendors they work with. All were quality people and excellent craftsmen.Partners provided us with a 10 year warranty. They came back to check in with us 6 weeks and 3 months after the job to review the work and touch up anything that needed it. They honored their warranty after a problem was discovered 18 months after the MB was complete. The work was completed promptly and with great attention to detail. There were no negative surprises. Their contracts are detailed and explained fully. The payment schedules are outlined so that we could plan the cash flow. Changes to the scope of work are defined, priced and agreed to..We liked all of the partners employees and subs. they were friendly, courteous and competent. Craig & Diane Brown Champions Forest.

Review: We have used Partners in Renovation on two separate occasions over the years and highly recommend their services. First know that it is extremely important to be comfortable with and enjoy the company of the people that will be in your home every day and this is a primary reason to choose Partners in Renovation. We have used them to renovate these spaces in our home: Master Bath, Kitchen and adjacent breakfast area and family room, Laundry Room, Outdoor Kitchen, 3 upstairs baths and a downstairs full bath and replace surface of the front porch. They always clean up the work areas each day and you can trust them to be in your home. They are also skilled at working through problems and correcting issues that your builder has left you with (which you may not discover until you attempt to update). PIR is efficient and has excellent and friendly team members who work well together to bring you the best final product. You will be very happy with their work!As an aside, Google thinks my name is Jane Doe and I don't think I'll tell them otherwise. lol

Review: During 2015 & 2016 Partners in Renovation did mini makeovers of the master bath & kitchen. We were please with the additional space with a bench replacing a jacuzzi tub. Bill Weber came by several times to check problems & answer questions. Replacing old counters with granite & backsplash with tumble stone gave the kitchen a new fresh look. in 2020 the outside of the house was painted & we appreciated Bill telling me I didn't need to spend $$$ on hardiplank. Jim was very helpful in getting resolution to a flooring insurance claim caused by water damage. We are very happy with installation of tile in most of our home.

Review: We selected Partners in Renovation to do a patio enclosure upgrade to our house. The selection process was easy when we saw 50+ reviews, all 5-star. They did not disappoint, doing a superb job of enclosing our back patio, making it a four-season patio with a mini-split A/C-Heater.The process of undertaking the project involves numerous steps, from the initial consultations through the official contract, construction, and final inspection.During the initial consultations, I presented an in-scale depiction on graph paper of what we had in mind. Partners in Renovation initially went with this original plan. However, before we made the contract official, they presented an idea for a different way to do the project. We looked at pictures of what they were proposing and immediately said, "Oh hell, yes!"This is what prospective customers can expect from Partners in Renovation. While the finished project was more expensive than originally planned, the intent was not to upsell us on something more costly, but rather to have a finished product that was much more aesthetically pleasing. Instead of a ghetto-looking series of pony walls with windows and a wall-mount air conditioner, we have sleek, commercial-grade windows and a sliding door, coupled with the mini-split.Now, without the headache of noise, heat, pollen, wind, wasps, mosquitos, and no-see-ums to detract from sitting out on the patio, we have used our new sun-room more in the last two weeks than we have in the last three years. We unreservedly recommend Partners in Renovation for your home upgrade projects. They may be more costly, but this is made up in quality of workmanship, easy-going people with whom to work, and the willingness to present imaginative ideas to better realize the intentions and desires of the customer.
