Review: I am a realtor & contacted Monarch Roofing to provide a 2nd quote on a roof replacement for my clients. Shane was extremely responsive & knowledgeable. My clients ended up deciding to replace the roof, and went w/ Monarch. The shingle they liked best wasn't available in the price originally quoted, but Shane was able to get his supplier to honor the slightly lower pricing. His crew was fast & efficient, and most of all, took good care of my clients' home. When one little area of freshly painted house trim was damaged (because, well, it happens in construction), Shane ensured it was made right. I would highly recommend Shane & Monarch Roofing & plan to refer him to more of my buyers & sellers.
