Name: Brad Rable Rating: 5 Review: This company is VERY well run! They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and no pressure sales. We didn’t notice until well after hurricane Beryl that we had some shingles missing off our ridge and one slope. They did all they could to work me in even though they were completely booked. Other companies were a flat out “no” or never called back. Once they did their inspection they gave me great info on the shape of my roof and all my vents, even giving me future life expectancy so we can plan around when to expect that expense. They completed ALL repairs same day and the communication from Augustine was bar none! I WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend this company…whenever we do need a new roof this is who we will be calling. Name: Natalie Ta Rating: 2 Review: Called for a quote about issues with a pipe jack and shingles on my roof, Agustin provided me with an estimate. I call a week later to discuss moving forward with them to fix said issues. He doesn’t find any of my info in his system from the last time we spoke so he asks me what he quoted me the last time, and I told him after finding it in my notes based on the last phone call it was so and so and he says, “absolutely not, we’ve never quoted anyone for that price. You must have spoken to someone else because I would not have quoted you that” basically refusing to admit that he might have mixed up the numbers or refusing to acknowledge that he told me the wrong number in the first place. I was very nonchalant about it at first and I told him it was okay if he couldn’t honor it. I understand that his price is what he says it is now, then that’s what it is. I just did not appreciate his tone during the second phone call, how he handled the situation, back pedaling, and refusing to apologize for the mix up.Update: Owner still refuses to acknowledge and apologize for the fact that he could have possibly made a mistake when providing me with an estimate from the initial call. The apology made through the review response does not feel genuine nor is it actually an apology towards the issue at hand. As I had stated over the phone several times before, I understood that he could not honor the price that he quoted initially and I was fully accepting of that. I was not going to haggle or cause a big issue out of it. I just wanted him to acknowledge and understand where he went wrong. I hung up in frustration from Agustin not being willing to listen to what I had to say. But hey if he wants to be prideful and refuse to admit when he’s made a mistake, that’s on him. They have helped my family and me on several occasions. Their service is next to none. When the storm came through last week and put an 8 foot Cypress tree branch through my roof decking, his crew was at my house the next day to make the needed repair.
