Review: I worked with Assured when a pipe burst in my attic. Kolby was wonderful! He came out and explained the process and even helped me file a claim. He made the process as easy as it could be and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I highly recommend them!

Review: DO NOT! DO NOT! DO NOT! use Assured Restoration for your rebuild work/construction. Had to give them 1 star or you couldn't post it. Every single layer of management in this company is incompetent from the owner, who did not return a single call or email once construction started. Next in line, the Reconstruction Manager, one of the rudest, shadiest characters in the industry "trust me" he will keep telling you. Also did not return a single phone call or answer any emails once construction started. Lastly, the Reconstruction Project Manager, he is just young, inexperienced and has such poor examples of leadership of how a company should be run that he is a lost cause. They couldn't schedule their way out of a paper bag. Every single aspect of this job had issues, mostly scheduling. They never show up on time and twice the project manager just "called it a day" because he couldn't get in touch with his crew. It took 4 months for a 2 week job. They DO NOT believe in any sort of communication, it's their way or you're difficult. If you have a problem, you will not be able to get it addressed by management. I was recommended to them by our plumber. I will say their remediation team is awesome. I would recommend this side of their business. That is how I got hooked into using them, but PLEASE, do not use the other side of this business. They will most likely respond that I was difficult, but trust me, any question you ask, request you make, will be automatically deemed as difficult in their eyes, now I understand it is because they are incompetent. I never got a quote from them. My insurance estimate is my quote they say. By this time, I've paid a deposit, insurance has made payments to them, so you're just stuck. Never got a detailed invoice even though I requested one from the owner, the reconstruction manager and the project manager. When I asked on the final day for a copy of the detailed invoice, I got - "what are you talking about" after the 2 reminder texts and 2 other emails. They will not give you warranty information. The project manager explained that even if I call the owner I will not get it because they don't provide that paperwork. He says other homeowners have requested it and that is how he is to respond. Just their word is all you get. WORST CONSTRUCTION COMPANY I have dealt with period.

Review: I had a kitchen pipe leak and my plumber recommended assured restoration. Cole came out the day I called and evaluated what would be needed and the next day Hameid and Reyes came out and started to remove all the damaged sheetrock, insulation, flooring etc. They worked quickly and efficiently but were also friendly and personable - letting me know what they were doing as they worked. It was so nice that I was able to feel comfortable and confident with the way the work went forward during a stressful event. I highly recommend them

Review: Assured Restoration and Remodeling (Assured) was recommended to us from our plumber due to a leak at our house. We agreed to file for a house insurance claim and have Assured to do the remodeling. We were requested to pay 09.19.2024 before signing a contract on 09.20.204 and no scope of work was provided at the time of the contract. As per our prior communication on 09.17.2024 with Taahaa from Assured Restoration and Remodeling, the fee and scope of work were agreed upon based on the insurance estimate. However, a change in the scope of work was provided on 10.08.2024 by Brayten - construction project manager from Assured, which differs from the insurance estimate both scope of work and cost.Assured employee also broke the marble by the shower in our bathroom during the mitigation. Despite receiving over 50% of the contract value, no work has been done and no materials have been procured. Given the discrepancies in the scope of work and the circumstances, we contacted Assured requesting a refund. We first spoke to Jason - the general manager. He denied agreed to the scope and wanted more money if we want to go with the insurance estimate. He also refused to pay us the money back. We hung up. The owner of Assured called us and after talking he stated he only refund our money minus cancellation fee. Despite the contract does not contain a cancellation fee and he did not disclose the amount. We have request full refund multiple times but they either ignored the request or refused. We now have to obtain a legal counsel to move forward.

Review: I would NOT recommend this remodeling company. After hiring them for home repairs, months went by without any progress. Frustrated with the lack of work, I requested a refund and had to follow up several times on the status. Each time, they acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about. Once I finally received a response, I was told I would be charged a 20% "termination fee," which was not mentioned anywhere in the contract. When I pointed out that this fee wasn’t in writing, the owner casually replied, "You're right, maybe that should be in there."Initially, I had referred this company to family and friends, but I’ve since warned them against hiring this company due to my experience. I have also consulted with a lawyer and am currently considering taking legal action. This company is unprofessional, lacks transparency, and doesn’t seem to value customer satisfaction. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for a reputable remodeling service.
